"Absolutely adore this program!"
Calamari is super user-friendly, and the support team is incredibly helpful! I'm really pleased with this application since it's completely customizable and works seamlessly with Slack. This setup allows staff to easily ask for time off and monitor their balance. I'd suggest giving Calamari a shot to anyone looking to try it out!

"Top HR Software for Small Enterprises"
I put in quite a bit of effort looking into and testing various HR and Time Attendance tools for our small yet bustling team of 10. Calamari is a delight because it’s incredibly user-friendly. It boasts advanced features that you won’t find in offerings from bigger firms, yet it remains super easy to navigate. The electronic clocking device functions perfectly. The support team and the company itself are amazing - really supportive. With my background in software engineering, design, and user experience, I can confidently say this is the finest HR software I came across.

For more than a year, we've been utilizing calamari, and their forward-thinking methods, automated clock-ins with beacons, and a bunch of other cool features for managing leave, time, and reporting truly make handling this a breeze! Plus, the support team is fantastic too!

"A Comprehensive Tool for HR Management"
Calamari is super user-friendly for both admins and regular users. Setting up parameters for various employee levels according to their experience or job area is a breeze. It would be awesome if it could sync up with time and shift management features in Microsoft Teams.

"The Calamari Crew Covered All the Bases!"
The team at Calamari is just fantastic! They really nailed the training, were quick to respond to our questions, and helped us sort out any hiccups we encountered. The software is super user-friendly. Setting it up was a breeze, and we were genuinely surprised to find that Calamari had thought of everything we needed. Being a smaller business, our 'Standard' policies for time off requests differ from those of larger firms. It was a piece of cake to modify and establish the rules. Plus, the reports are excellent for HR to monitor everything.

I chose to go with Calamari since it's super user-friendly and the customer service is top-notch! The support team always gets back to you quickly with helpful how-to videos, making it easy for everyone to grasp the features! "My Experience with Leave Management Systems"
I checked out a bunch of other leave management systems before stumbling upon Calamari. They all shared the same issue, thinking that everyone kicked off their holiday year on the same date. A lot of them figured the entire company followed the calendar year, but that just doesn’t cut it for us since folks tend to rush and use up their holidays in December, leaving us a bit short-staffed.
Calamari was the only option I came across that lets holidays accrue based on when employees started.
On top of that, it’s packed with advanced features and the support is top-notch.

"Fantastic and user-friendly PTO management..."
This is a fantastic and user-friendly PTO management application. We switched from manual tracking to using Calamari about three months back. The team at Calamari was super responsive and really helpful during our setup. Employee satisfaction is at a perfect 100% since everyone is now aware of their entitled days off. The app is quite affordable and effectively keeps tabs on PTO.

We began utilizing the software back in April. Now, thanks to the personal assistant assigned to us, we have an awesome setup. We’re keeping track of work and vacation days, as well as leave and remote work. The user-friendly interface, clear navigation, and fantastic support - that’s just part of what you receive when you purchase Calamari.

But with Calamari, the whole thing goes paperless; you just need a few clicks. Adding new staff and overseeing their leave requests is a breeze, and setting up the approval process for various departments is straightforward. Plus, the app lets me quickly check and report how many leave days each team member has.
